A refreshing poolside escape

The kids loved the free pool toys, making our afternoons delightful. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff felt like family with their cheerful service.

However, we faced issues with the hot water frequently running out, and the bathroom could have used better lighting. it was sometimes hard to see.

The outdoor pool was lovely, but the elevator was annoyingly slow.

Great service and clean rooms. Wi-Fi was spotty though.

The beautiful decor throughout the hotel made me feel so welcomed. it was like stepping into a cozy embrace. The spacious lobby and comfortable seating areas made socializing easy and fun!

More accessible seating in the dining area, please.

Had a bit of trouble with the room due to a lingering dust mite odor, which wasn't a pleasant welcome. The elevator felt like it moved slower than a Bantha on a cold day, and there was a burnt-out bulb in the room that dimmed the ambiance. Also, I missed having bar soap, and the sticky breakfast area floor was a bit off-putting.

Very clean facilities with friendly staff made a great impression. The delicious homemade pastries at breakfast were a highlight, though the room had issues. the fridge leaked and the bedding was damp. The pool was down during my stay, which was disappointing for the kids. These factors detracted from an otherwise pleasant time.

Plus, Kiddy and Stephanie in the dining area deserve chef hats for their charm. The hotel vibe was on point, too, with lovely decor that set the mood right.

Now, I gotta mention that slow elevator. it felt like it was stuck in a time warp. And that loud door-slammin' neighbor at 4 AM? A bit of courtesy would’ve made it shine even more, but what can ya do.

Can recommend for a two-day stay

Comfortable bed, clean room with a nice view of the trees, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool make this hotel a pleasant surprise for a weekend getaway.

The facilities were very clean and nicely decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which I appreciated. The breakfast options were fresh and delicious, making my mornings enjoyable.
